Currently we use Insured mail services provided by the South African postal service.

Why insured mail? Since all orders have a certain value attached this service protects us from any problems which may occur with shipping.

Where do I pick up my order? At your nearest postal office.

Returns.

If there is any fault* with the product please contact us asap in order to facilitate a return and exchange. PLEASE NOTE NO REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE. UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM THE SUPPLIER!
